CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking: Delivering the best care to you is my priority. To secure your booking appointment, half of the service is required as a deposit, which will be deducted from your session charges. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your deposit will either be refunded or pushed to a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting that booking deposit. Late Arrival: A specific amount of time has been reserved for your appointment, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your schedule appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will result in forfeiting that booking deposit and new deposit will be required in order to reschedule the appointment. No-Show: You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice. You will also be considered a no show if you are more than 15 minutes late with no communication. This will result in a 100% service charge and will have to pay in advance for any future appointments. Refunds/Returns: No refunds or returns are to be given, only corrections can be made. Please let me know within 4 days after your session if any alterations need to be made before having to pay an adjustment fee.
